My time for change came when I saw a beautiful butterfly on a poster that read:

“YOUR time as a caterpillar has expired, YOUR wings are ready.”

Inspiration can be found in strange places and this was mine.

I saw my sad life all wrapped up in a tight cocoon, recovering but not moving ahead. My wings were ready and it was my time to get back living.  Not just existing, really living!

Learning to fly again is not easy, but it is worth it.  There is a comeback path for anything you can dream.  Better health, new relationship, fulfilling job.

I have watched hundreds of hours of videos and read many books advocating taking your power back and becoming your authentic self.  There is a lot of information and even contradiction on the right path to take.  You have to do your own research to see what is right for you.

Topics I have hours researching include:

Healthy eating:

Whether it be Vegan or Keto it’s mainly giving up processed foods, sugar, white flour, pop.  A healthy whole food diet heals the body and soul.

The practice of relaxing and putting your mind in a clear and calm state.  Experts in the practice have said that 20 minutes of meditation is equal to 8 hours of sleep for your health.

Intermittent Fast/Fasting

Abstaining from food for a certain period of time gives your body time to process and heal.

Eating one’s own body meaning old dead cells are consumed and expelled.

A compound structure at the end of a chromosome determines your physical age not your age in years.

Visualization and Self Talk

Miracles can happen when you align your body and spirit.

The study of changes in organisms caused by modification of gene expression.

I invite you to join me on my journey to a fulfilling life again.  A life filled with health, happiness and prosperity.

I will introduce you to these studies and to people that have overcome great adversity. The purpose is to inspire you to reach for a better life.  For you the caveat is you have to want it and you have to work for it and your success will come.

“You don’t have to see the whole staircase, just take the first step”

– Martin Luther King Jr.
